At The Whole Hog we like to do things the right way.
Unlike many firms that cook the hog roast in a baker's oven, all our pigs are spit roasted to remove most of the fat, leaving delicious meat and wonderful crackling. We cook each pig at our base and transport it hot and ready to eat. We provide the food, the staff and the sauces, so that all you need to do is eat and enjoy your event.
We arrive an hour before you want to eat to set up, serve for a couple of hours, then clear up all our equipment and take it away the same night, leaving you with a minimum of mess and clutter. Best of all, any meat left over at the end of the night is, of course, yours to keep.
We cater for any event, from private parties to corporate events. With one hog roast being enough to feed 80-150 people, it is a simple way to provide fantastic food for your guests on a budget.
We also offer our unique Dial-A-Hog service.
Dial-A Hog is our unique self-serve hog roast. We provide services for events, special occasions, hotels and restaurants. We cook the pig at our base and transport it to you in a heated machine. The hog arrives ready to eat and nicely presented in a glass fronted bain-marie. We can supply a single hog roast, enough for 80-150 people. We leave you to serve the food and then return the following day to collect our equipment.
